1. Taj mahal
The Tajmahal is an Ivory-White marble mausoleum on the south bank of the Yamuna river in the Indian city of Agra. It was commissioned in 1632 by the Mughal emperor,Shah jahan (reigned from 1628 to 1658),to house the tomb of his favourite wife Mumtaz Mahal. The tomb is the centrepiece of a 17-hectare complex,Which includes a mosque and a guest house,and is set in formal gardens bounded on three sides by a crenellated wall.

2. Agra Fort
The fort is not only beautiful and magnificent but also one of the most important forts built during the Mughal period.It was so important for Akbar that he called this fort his home which is one of the best tourist place in Agra.This fort is also designated UNESCO World Heritage site and it is also known as Lal Qila.It is Located nearly 3bkm from the Taj Mahal. ans has been constructed using red sandstone.The Fort lies on the banks of the Yamuna River and it is believed thet it was started by Emperor Akbar.

3. Akbar's Tomb:
The Tomb of Akbar is an important and iconic Mughal architectural master place,built in 1605 to 1613.It is located at sikandra,in the suburbs of Agra,on the Mathura road, 8 km west of the city core.Emperor Akbar himself oversaw the construction of this tomb until his death.
The main tomb is surrounded by a beautiful garden that was designed by Akbar himself.his wifes(Mariam-Uz-Zamini Begam) tomb is also located in Sikandar about a akilometer away from Akbar's Tomb.
How to reach :
The tomb of Akbar is located on the Mathura road at NH-2 and lies around 8km from the city center.the easiest way to get to Akbars tomb is by hiring a cab or an auto rickshaw from any part of the city.
4. Mehtab Bagh :
Mehtab Bagh is a charbagh garden complex and one of the last Mughal gardens in Agra.it is located just north to the Taj Mahal and overlooks the Agra Fort and Yamuna river on the opposite side.perfectly aligned with the gardens of Taj Mahal,Mehtab Bagh provides a pictureperfect view of the Taj from the fountain at the front of the entrance gate.it is a popular sunset spot among the photography fanatics and nature enthusiasts.
The splendid Mehtab Bagh has four sandstone towers,one each at thr corner with a huge octagonal tank right in the center.Mehtab Bagh is now a horticulture delight with scores of vibrantly blomming floral plants and medicine herbs besides the umpteen fruit trees,which add to the beauty of the park.
How to reach:
Located at a distance of barely 7-8 kms from the Taj Mahal complex in the heart of the city,the garden can be easily reached through local electric/battery operated rickshaws.yau can also hire auto rickshaws to reach the park.The city also well connected through state run buses.
5. Jama Masjid :
Jama Masjid at Agra also known as 'Friday Mosque' is a seventeenth century structure and is one of the largest mosques built by the Mughals in India.Constructed under the reign of Shah jahan in 1648. Jama Masjid is dedicated to his favourite daughter jahan Ara Begum.
The Jama Masjid is built mainly of red sandstone to the magnificent Mughal architecture.it has a fountain at the center and is supported by four kiosks in the courtyard.Every Friday,special prayers are conducted at this mosque which is attended by thousands of devotees.The Tomb of Salim Chisti is a part of the mosque compound.

6. The Bazaars of the Old City :
